Returns for Customized Items:

At Homex Furniture, we take pride in offering personalized furniture tailored to your preferences. When it comes to customized items, please note that we do not offer returns and refunds. Our commitment is to address any issues you may encounter with your customized furniture. If you come across a problem, we’re here to make it right.

Non-Refundable Purchases

Certain items fall into the non-refundable category. Please keep in mind that we do not provide refunds for the following:

• Assembled / Disassembled items
  • Once assembled or disassembled, these items are not eligible for return or refund.
• Open sofas, beds, and installed MDF furniture
  • Items that have been unboxed or installed cannot be returned or refunded.
• Used bedding
  • This includes bed linens, duvets, pillows, and pillow-tops. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on these items.
• Mattresses or upholstered products without a law label
  • Mattresses and upholstered items without a law label cannot be returned.
• Made-to-measure items
  • Custom and on-demand manufactured items are not eligible for return or refund.
• Modified, altered, or washed products
  • Any item that has been changed or washed after delivery is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it, whether online or through one of our sales agents. However, please note that after this time frame, there will be a deduction of bank charges (amount may vary). Kindly understand that customized orders are not eligible for cash refunds.
